This is a recipe I came up with for one of my favorite shakes. This shake can be used as a snack if you are trying to increase muscle mass or gain weight; or it can be used as a meal replacement if you are trying to lose weight or manage muscle mass. Here is a list of what you will need:
- 1 Scoop Wilderness Athlete Meal Replacement and Recovery – Vanilla
- 1 Scoop Wilderness Athlete Green Infusion
- 10 oz of Milk
- 1/2-1 Cup of frozen mixed berries, depending on your taste (CostCo has a great deal on a huge bag of these)
- A Few Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients into a blender and let ‘er rip. Once blended, this shake is filling and very nutritious. The carbs, fats, and proteins in the meal replacement shake mixed with the phytonutrients of the Green Infusion along with the antioxidants of the berries make this a delicious and very healthy shake. Give it a try and feel free to alter the quantities of each ingredient to fit your taste.
