Pictured is the Cover of the Nov/Dec 2016 Bugle, the Official Magazine of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. You’ll Definitely Want to Check Out the Ethics Article on Page 111!
It’s been out for a few weeks now but I am excited to share with you all that Hunting Fit made it into Bugle Magazine. For those of you unfamiliar with the publication it is the official magazine of the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. To say I’m honored to be in it’s pages is an understatement.
If you’ve been wanting to get more involved in conservation or helping preserve the future of hunting then you should seriously consider becoming a member. RMEF does some fantastic things, not only “out West” but all over the country. Just take the reintroduction of Elk into Kentucky utilizing old coal mine grounds for example!

It’s an Honor to Be Featured in Such a Highly Regarded Publication and One that Works Diligently to Preserve What I Love So Much.
The article I am highlighting is in the Ethics sections of Bugle. Myself and my closest hunting buddies took a trip to Colorado in hopes of filling a few elk tags. While we did fill our tags and have the adventure of a lifetime, there were a few unexpected twists and turns that really put us into some uncomfortable situations. Please take a read and let me know your thoughts. I certainly hope you enjoy!
Do I need to have a subscription to Bugle to read it?

Unfortunately it would not be appropriate (or legal I’m sure) for me to post the article. So you would either need to be an RMEF member (i.e. Have a subscription) or I believe some book stores may sell Bugle. Sorry!
